1. Provider

2. Nature of services

Services are spiritual-consultative and entertainment in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Minimum age: 18.

3. Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received via Stripe. Cancellation or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the session; thereafter the payment is non-refundable.

4. Products & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery within Bulgaria and the EU by courier. See Return Policy.

5. Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
