Returns & Refunds

Provider: Drakaris 9 EOOD (ЕИК 205929726). Returns are shipped to the address we share after a request at hello@oraclesandrunes.com.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without reason, provided the item is in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Exceptions

Personalised or consecrated amulets and rune sets made to order are non-returnable, except for defects or damage in transit.

Reading sessions

Sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the session.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe) within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.
